SAnd and ROcks

Two friends walking trough the woods.
certain moment  during their walk they got into a fight
one friend hit the other in the face…………..
The one who was hit was hurt ,,,without saying   he wrote in the sand
They walked  and walked untill they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath.
The one who was hit got stuck in the mud. and was going  to drown… but his friend saved him.
When the friend recovered, he cut in a rock…..
The friend who hit his best friend asked him
After i hit u…u wrote in the sand and now u cut in a rock..WHY???
The other friend answered:
Ïf someone hurt us..we have to write it in sand so the wind of forgiffness can erase it.
Learn to write ur pain in the sand and cut ur good expierences in a rock.
But if someone does something good for u we have to engrave it where no wind can ever erase it
Learn to write ur pain in the sand and ur good expierence in the rocks…

    Hello Sweeti,
"When kids leave home" is so true. I am fortunate to have my daughters living in the same town with me. We help each other out. I am currently helping my oldest daughter move. It is a blessing watching her grow as well as my youngest daughter. Then being blessed with two grandsons and watching them grow. I have no regrets about the upbringing of my daughters. We did our best and they are doing theirs. We are a close family.
"Sand & Rocks" is wonderful. Truly an inspiration. It is a shame that so many people cannot understand something so simple. People who carve hurts in rock are doing nothing but hurting themselves. For a long time I had difficulty getting along with my Mother-in-Law. Her oven would not open, this last Christmas, I went and bought her a new stove. Simply because she needed it, not to get her to change her mind about me. Writings in sand.
People are alike no matter where they live. Different types everywhere, same types everywhere but alike. People who look for differences just for meanness instead of looking for similarities are to be pitied. It is a sad situation. A person who looks for similarities is good.
    Peace & Blessings.

    Hello Sweeti,
Beautiful wise words. It is pity that ppl are taking friendships and relations too easy and get offended by everything, and keep poking that at one who made taht mistake. It is great wisdom to forgive, but nt just to say i forgive but to really do that from the heart.
Greatnes of person lies in abillity to forgive and give love.
Thanks for visiting and take care

Hi Sweeti! Beautiful thought! You should highlight the last lines, so that people’s eyes will focus on it. Forgiveness is the key to peace amongst mankind.
It was silly of me not to see your joke…it’s OK. The fault is mine! Mandy will see the joke I am sure!
Bye, and I’m sure you’ll have plenty to blog about on your return from Indonesia!
