In spite of the serious family health situations I was looking forward to this Air balloon flight. First date was weeks ago but the weather is always a killjoy.
The airballoon was supposed to go up at the same place where i had the glider flight 2 years back.But there was a miscommunication. So we had to search for another safe place. A meadow just mowed . As we had to help with everything and watched our watch Time was short. The owner of that meadow came ( tamtam goes fast here) and our pilots had to negotiate A whole lot of bla bla and finally for a beer ( 24 ) he allowed us to use his property.
The pilots said its normal he acts like this cos we trespass his property.
Then after putting some cold air inside the balloon
And up we went
How silent can it be..No sound of the wind..Nothing. What a view. So strange Only the sound of barking dogs. 
A lot of OOhh and AHHH during the one hr trip. We had to land cos after sunset, there is one half hr to stay in the air.. As Ballooning has its own rules …. we had to land. The pilot was searching for a piece of land withouw cows Cos farmers dont like that ( Cows startle and produce bad milk) HIHI
well we found one .. we landed …the basket landed on its side so we fell with our face right into the grass ( Lucky us there was no cow Shit ) Another Big suprise…COWS from another meadow came to see what the wierd thingwas there on our property..lol.and pffffffffffffff Mr.Owner was there to..But he was a friendly guy .
so we had to help to fold up the balloon and basket back in the truck
as we dont have a lot of muscles we had to use our brain ( Dont laugh u hear!!)
And THEN Champagne ..Thats the Tradition.. and a diploma. lol
Tx to the guys we had a wonderful evening a fantastic experience.
And my Boss ( he pays the bill) and made this happen for my colleague Ria and her close colleagues. (Including me hihi)

You had a great adventure by the look of it , notice you posted as your first balloon flight , does that mean we will see more of your aerial adventures , you have cow problems there when flying balloons , sometimes here we have Emu problems

HI there Sweeti, at last you did it, and WOW… what a great experience to be up there. flying so quietly, with only the flame making a noise now and again as they changed height., (I heard some pass by high in the clouds when I used to take Bess to the local Woods and Meadows). ….It was fantastic just watching, so flying in one of them must have been amazing feeling. Good job there were no cow pats to spoil the end of the ride. 😀 …

but do wear something for that as Naked Bungee is
too distracting for us Vamps, especially when a nice
Lady is leaping off a bridge or something… lol

Hot air balloon rides should be on just about everyone’s must do list or as it has become popular to say, their “Bucket List”. There is something magical about how they rise up into the sky and drift with the wind. I am hoping to take my family on a ride/tour over the city and soon.

I thought of you when we were in the Fiji Island, Some people were really enjoyed flying the kite
(two people)in the skies. The man guide them to where to landing at the beach.
I can’t do that even the roller coaster at the play ground.
you were missed became the pilots:-)

You’re a brave woman Sweetie!!! I like adventures and sports but i’m not so good with heights, I like my feet firmly on the ground lol. It looks like you had such a wonderful time though, good for you for trying so many fun and adventurous things.

dont be afraid Nikki…One lady with us had also fear of heights But when ur in an airballoon u can look forward..Never look down..So u wont have the shivers.lol
